I am a Pancreatic Cancer 20-Year Survivor! I am a retired high school teacher, an advocate for animal welfare, a conservationist and an environmentalist. I exercise daily, adhere to a semi-vegetarian diet, like keeping things simple, and enjoy simple day-to-day life with my family. My only daughter is studying for her Ph.D. at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. My husband, Michael, works near Washington, D.C. for the government. We live in Woodbridge, Virginia, along with our big dog, "Copper."
