Not taking any
Chris, I haven't taken a multi vit. since completing chemo although I have thought about it. May I suggest to you to have your vit. B12 levels checked when they give you a blood test, mine were way over the range so I have ample amount and would not want to take B12 because of overload. I requested that test by the way. My Vit. D was at a good range also but I take D a couple of times a week and get sun just to maintain it. Never took fish oil but I eat fish a couple of times a week.
Hope that helps.

My MO said nothing during treatments but he now has me on men'a one-a-day and fiber capsules - no soy. Of course I was E+ so that may have something to do with his directives.
I take a multivitamin and one baby aspirin.0 -

I used to take calcium tablets, but, they upset my stomach, so, now I just take a multivitamin and potassium tablets when I get foot cramps.
