Carcinoid tumor/ lung removal

I can't find much info on this so I'm hoping someone can help. I recently had my lung removed due to a carcinoid tumor. I am dealing with some odd post surgical pain and spasming. Does anyone have any insight as to what I should be expecting at 6 weeks post surgery. How long can I expect to have a frozen shoulder? Is there anything that can be done to control the spasms?
