Xeloda side effects how to handle

I have been on Xeloda for about 2 weeks I am able to control the diarrhea. But what I want to know if there are any out here how they handle the side effects. I do not know what question to ask the Dr on Mon. My biggesto problem is the upset stomach like you have a good case of gas. Any suggestion.

    Have your Dr give you a good
    Have your Dr give you a good anti-nauseau pill. Be on the alert for the hand foot syndrome. Nothing you can do for it but adjust the doseage or discontinue xeloda.

    There are so many side effects which ones are you having?

    I am doing the cream on the Hands & feet. So far the only major side effect is the diarrhea. What is really bothering me is the gas problem in the stomach. I just want to say Thanks for the advice.
