Ketziah, that song is just what I needed. All you ladies and men too should listen. India Arie I am not my hair. You know, I think I just forgot and I'm so glad you reminded me with this Ketziah that I am who I am, it is what it is, and life is different day to day but my heart and soul is what I'm all about. Ok, so I had a little freak out moment a few days ago....I'm so over it now and I will celebrate what I wear on my head knowing what I went through to wear it that way. Thanks girlfriend have a blessed wonderful day and cheers to you (raising my glass).

    Yeah back that up with Shinia's" Feel Like a woman", Sheryl Lynn's I will survive", Chaka Khan's lI'm every Woman" and Sheryl Crow's " If it makes you Happy" and you will feel like you can move mountain's.

    Cheer's back to you!

    PS- I had to get all of my hair cut off because it was damaged and found if I played with makeup o pop my eyes cheekbones and lips I didn't miss my hair. Not promoting makeup, but that is what I did. All those things that hair was hiding.

    Aww Gail, you have such a beautiful face, probably a short hair style looks really cute on you. My sister wears her hair very very short, it really suits her......my long hair has always been a kind of a security blanket for me....don't know how I would cope, so far so good I haven't lost any of it. Although at my age over 50 long hair probably isn't the best style......haven't changed it much since I was a teen!!! Yikes!!! How boring is that.
