Anybody try Jenny Craig while on Tamoxifen?

Hi guys...
I am trying to look into ways to loose that chemo weight now that I have completed the hard part of treatment. Have any of you tried nutri system or Jenny Craig while on tamoifen? Can it still be effective? I am tired of all this extra poundage and want to do something about it!!!

    I did not have chemo
    BUT I DID gain weight..but not sure if from Tamox since I was on Steriods for long time prior and during. That was almost 3 1/2 yrs ago...I did not change my eating to gain or lose any. I DID lose 10 lbs about 2 yrs after gained and just went off Tamox last month due to side effects..

    SO I am not much help as you know by now...lol
