in Colorectal Cancer #1
Hello all. I read everyday, post rarely. I think of everyone often!! It has been a year since my liver resection now. I was suposed to go for my scan yesterday, was all worked up for it, and they called and canceled it. Moved til May 4th. So now I have to wait a couple of more weeks. I get very stressed with scans coming up.
WinterMarie: I am sitting right beside you in that chair, just looking out and wondering.

I feel good, but we all know that means nothing.

    sorry to hear that your scan was postponed!
    It is so hard to wait! So keep positive thoughts and try to do something for your self! Please let us know how things go.

    So think positive don't get stressed in advance ( 3 weeks is
    too much time to be stressed ) We will be praying for good results and it will help!.

    Yes we can!!! And I absolutley LOVE the beach. Im in FLorida and go every chance I get this time of year!!

    i did not know you were stage 4.i hope all goes well with your scan.i was recently dx stage 4 after being ned for 18 months from dx stage 3.currently doing chemo i have 2 lessions on my lung and 3 on my liver.good to hear you are doing well since your liver surgery....Godbless....johnnybegood

    Delayed scans
    I know what you mean. I cancelled my yearly cervical-thoracic MRI scan(annual since 1997) as recently some "resolution clips" were placed in my guts (I hate my guts right now) to stop bleeding during a colonoscopy screening. The clips are of "unknown" metalic alloy, unfortunately, so not worth risking the magnetic scan.

    I wish for you the "clean" scan result, and another good year!
