Hi Dee,
Sorry your feet
Hi Dee,
Sorry your feet hurt. I don't know why yours do, but my feet hurt a lot while I was on Femara. I could barely walk.
Also they hurt while I was having the chemo drug Taxol.
I hope you get to the bottom of why they hurt and that the pain eases.
Good luck and HUGS,
Wanda0 -

Try soaking them in Epsom Salts. It works for me!0 -
If it is neuropathy talk to
If it is neuropathy talk to your onc about getting a prescription before it gets worse! I took gabepentin for 3 months starting about a month after done with chemo because the pain was interfering with daily activities. Went off for about a month and am back on it as of last week because I'm back to work full time and the pain was increasing every day. Should be getting better soon.
Massaging your feet may help also.0 -

My oncologist wrote me a prescription for lyrica but i didn't take it,the side effects sheet came in the mail later,to many to list but any how what are the side effects of gabepentin? i would feel good if it wasn't for the pain. MOLLYZ0 -

My feet hurt severely if I sit down for more than a few minutes. Do you think gabepentin will help with that? My primary did blood work and xrays for arthritis, but they were negative. I'm just finishing up Herceptin (last one this coming wednesday!) and I'm on Tamoxifen.0 -

I have neuropathy, tried garbapentin but didnt tolerate it. doc wanted me to try lyrica but I dont want it. I changed my job since, and being off my feet has really helped.0 -
side effects
My oncologist said gabapentin has few side effects than lyrica and so is his preferred drug. I have not had any problems with it, but you could do a web search.0
