This is an OMG moment! I HAVE LOST 11 POUNDS IN THE LAST TWO WEEKS. MY NATUROPATH HAS ME ON a no...WHEAT, DAIRY, FRUIT, OR STARCH. NO ALCOHOL AND THE WEIGHT IS MELTING AWAY! We are doing this for allergy testing and getting my liver working right (especially because I don't have a gall bladder). I knew I would lose some WEIGHT but this is great! THIS IS THE FLATTEST MY STOMACH HAS BEEN IN OVER 5 YEARS. EVEN WHEN I LOST ALL THE WEIGHT MY STOMACH WAS ALWAYS BLOATED AND HARD AS A ROCK, NOT ANY MORE! SLIMMING DOWN ALL THE WAY AROUND! I feel good, my digestive system is working so much better!

I am also walking on my treadmill and drinking lots of water. But, I do all the time! I just kept gaining 3-4 lbs every week, and could not understand why! Well, I am about to find out!

    you sound so happy, i felt the same 9 months ago when i went from 133kg down to 113kg in about 8 weeks . largely due to chemo, diet and walking.

    enjoy feeling and looking great.
