New here. Children after Non Hodgkins lymphoma

Hi, my name is Catherine and I am new to this group. I am an almost 5 year survivor of Non Hodgkins Lymphoma. I was diagnosed in Jan 2006 at the age of 27. I received CHOP+R. I also gave birth to my first child one year ago (a beautiful healthy baby girl). I am looking to hear from others who have also had children after lymphoma treatment. I know I have heard many have, but have never been able to talk with anyone!

Wishing health and happiness to all.

    Children after Lymphoma
I had a daughter in 1993 3 yrs after Hodgkins Lymphoma. I had a recurrence after she was born and went on to have my second daughter in 1996. They are close to 18 and 15 now! Having children puts a whole new spin on survivorship.
Best wishes to you and your baby girl!!

    Hopeful
Both of these posts make me feel so hopeful for my future. I am only 20 right now, but I know I want to have children one day. So I just want to say "thank you" for posting this. Makes me smile!
