My Pet scan came back clear! Ned for Me! Just 2.5 WBC which is alittle low, will go for another Blood test this week. Been eating my oysters and pumpkin seeds, I hope that will help.
Just wanted to share my good news.

    I found several excellent sources of iron, during my WBC - house lock down times ...

    == cream of wheat is an excellent source of iron
    == raisins
    == raw almonds

    == beef, prime rib, rib eye, t bone steak
