Gentle Yoga thru the Cancer Wellness House
(However, today the gentle yoga doesn't seem like it was too gentle! :0( )
The director said that through the ACS or other organizations, you can usually find classes like this throughout the US, and they never charge.

What a great thing to do for yourself Carol
I love yoga and was having a dilemma in the mornings, didn't know whether I
I should take a walk or do yoga, I was torn and had not enough time for both.
So i took my yoga outdoors.. problem solved.
I love how it makes me feel. Haven't done it this week, thanks for the
reminder.

I started two weeks ago taking Tai Chi as well as a gentle yoga class at the Wellness Community here in Phoenix, AZ. I love them both. What I especially love is the meditation session after each class. I need someone to guide me in meditation because my mind always seems to be racing. Just listening to the instructors' calm voice really helps me focus on my breathing. I feel so relaxed after each class.
Glad you found something to help you get to optimum health--mind, body and spirit.

Ayse and Renee, to be in AZ and outdoors! I was amazed how relaxed I was. Also so important because I was isolating myself and I have always been so social. I think part of the peacefulness came from being with others who are/have gone thru this.
I really miss not working for both the paychecks and the social interaction!
Thank you for all the support,
Carol
