I'll spend 4 hours inside what's possibly the worlds largest human colon.

Its not from a giant, its fake but realistic.

Its setup in the park in the city to raise awareness.

Lisa asked about prevention in another post, alot gets done , but does not get posted here.

I hope we save a few lives over the 4 days the super colon is in the park.

Its a great idea from bowel cancer australia.

anyone else doing any exciting prevention things

    Super Colon USA

I'd seen it on a couple of morning news shows, but never been in it.

If you are scheduling any fundraising activities it might be fun to have this at you event!

    Super Colon
And it only costs non-profits $10,000.00 for ONE day, and $1,500.00 per day after the first day.

    Ouch!
Would have to be a big event then! Explains why they have so few appearances booked in the schedule, and a lot of them are corporate sponsorships.

    where does that money go?
Am sure some of it goes to keeping the Super Colon in good condition and for the travel expeenses for the employee who goes along.

Does any of it go to Colon Cancer research?

    Colon:
The Colon Club has the Collosal Colon that travels around to different cities in the US. Go over to their web site and you can view it and see info on it.
