Hi Jim,
I saw you post in an older thread and wanted to make sure that you didn't get totally lost. So, sorry that you have to be here but I am so glad that you found us. Welcome to the board. There are many here with lots of experience and good will to share.
HERE IS A REPOST OF JIM'S POSTING TO ANOTHER THREAD:
Erbitux Rash
My wife had 2 infusions of erbitux. Had a bad reaction on the second. Also developed the horrible rash on face, scalp and back. The onc took her off Erbitux will start her on vectibix tomorrow. He gave her antibiotics and cream for rash. Any idea how long it takes to get rid of the rash? It has been 2 weeks.
Onc says Vestibix has less severe side effects. Can anyone confirm? Will the rash come back with Vestibix? Is Vestibix as effective as Erbitux?
Thank you in advance
