Other then Tamoxifen-what else is everyone else on?

I am asking since taken off tamoxifen yesterday! IN a month I get blood work again & then changing to new med. I am not sure of the hame YET!

    Not sure of course which one you'll be on but the 3 Aromatase inhibitors are FEMARA, ARIMIDEX AND AROMASIN.

    I started with tamoxifen, stayed on it for 6 months of hell. I was switched to tamoxixen, better, but still bad. I am thinking about aromasin. I will ask my dr. It's so hard to know what to do!

    I started arimidex last week..one pill everyday for he next five years.

    Not sure if I have the spelling right or not but I start on Famara next week on the day of my last radiation treatment. I have a friend who was part of the study when it originally came out and she was on it for 5 years with no problems.

    I started taking Arimidex 3
    I started taking Arimidex 3 months ago. So far so good. I do have some hot flashes but I find that flaxseed helps. I put in on my cereal, soups and salads.

    Tamoxifen for 6 months then Arimidex
    Neither of them gave really bad side effects. Tamoxifen I had some hot flashes with. The Arimidex is alot more flashes and leg cramps but they are all doable. My dr said the Arimidex is a better fighting drug so i will keep it up for 4 more years.

    I took Arimidex for the
    I took Arimidex for the entire five years...18 months after stopping it I had a recurrance; since June of 2010 I have been taking Tamoxifen.
