Hello
I too suffer from sciatica - these past three weeks have been very bad. I tried a new chiropractor because he was closer to home and he really made things worse.. I went back to my regular guy and am feeling much better.. you have to go about 3 times a week to get relief. Then you must stretch a lot..(yoga Poses are really good especially the cat pose). do it as often as you can.. and ice every fifteen minutes. Also, put a pillow under your knees when you sleep. Try to sleep on your back.. I also use bio-freeze which you can purchase in most drug stores. My chiro recommends that I try not to sit for long periods.. standing or lying down is best. If you faithfully do all of these things you will feel better pretty quickly..
Take care!
