is there a difference? I'm trying to keep up with everything on behalf of my sister whose initial diagnosis was serous carcinoma of the endometrium, stage IVB. She went to MDA for a second opinion which validated the first. I will have her ask for the written diagnosis from MDA, but in the meanwhile, can someone unravel the mystery?
