Urether blockage after partial nephretomy any one else?

I had renal clear cell cancer 3 years ago, for two years I had lazier and stenting for persistent blockage in urethra. It was a hemlock, which is used in surgery to block up blood vessels in the remaing 1/2 of the kidney. 8 stents for two years, no fun! Anyone out there who has heard od this before?
