I am our team leader for our local colon and rectal cancer support group's team for the 2011 Get Your Rear in Gear Twin Cities 5K Run/Walk.

Anyone in the Minnesota area that is interested on information on our C.A.R.S. group (colon and rectal support), or joining our team to run or walk on May 22nd, please let me know. Or you can just go sign up at this link:

I'm hoping we have a great turn out this year to raise awareness of colorectal cancer, and the importance of screening, and raise some funds for this important cause.
