    And I posted a few smoothie recipes above if you want to check them out. And try out your recipes before you start the diet. That way if it is nasty you’re not left starving with nothing to eat.

    I bought some Morton's salt that stated it was not a source of iodine. Can I use that?

    it probably says non iodised
    it probably says non iodised or something like that

    most stores have both iodized and non iodized salt for sale next to each other
