Baking soda and salt
Hi Robert, my best luck was with about a teaspoon of baking soda and a half teaspoon to teaspoon of salt to a big glass of warm water. Gargling with this helped the mucuous a lot and also helped the soreness. My best over-the-counter help came from Biotene gel, or mouthwash. The gel worked for longer periods, but both worked. Other products I tried didn't work as well as these two. I never tried the Stoppers 4, but it sounds like a good try also.

Best price I've found for Stoppersrobert77dr said:Stoppers 4
Hondo,
What is Stoppers 4 and where do you get it?
Thanks Robert
I prefer Stoppers4 to Biotene Mouth Spray...which is another good product. Stoppers is less money for more spray.
