I am happy to hear your platelets recovered nicely. Someone told me that sesame seed oil or tahini (made from sesame seeds) is supposed to to good to eat to bring up platelet count.0 -

Good news, Ginny. My platelets hovered around the danger zone but never dropped so low that I had to postpone chemo. My hemoglobin was another matter. It took 6 pints of blood to get me thru first line chemo.
It's always something, isn't it?
