We went to a beautiful farm outside of Staphorst today, and I got my fingers suckled by a almost-newborn calf!!!!

WHAT an experience for this 'city gal'!!!!!

It's a beautiful day here today, sunny and clear. By Wednesday, it is forecast to rain...so, off we go biking!!!

    Dear Kathi,

    Are the spring flowers out there already? If so I am sooooooooo envious. Our temps have been heading towards spring, and then just the other night we had some snow again! Not enough to worry about but enough to delay the spring flowers some more.

    Thanks for very much for sharing your Dutch adventures with us. Not quite as good as being there, but still get to have some of the enjoyment thru you.

    Make it when...
    Make it when she and beau are in the US then you can take a tour and visit the rest of us.

    Too bad we can't get a bunch of "star" tour buses and just roam the country visiting each other!

    I think that's a wonderful idea! I would even give some informational talks for room and board :) Not that I'm all that informed ....LOL....but I could come up with something.
