Hi Everyone,
I have Zometa every 21 days on Wednesdays, by Thursday evening my legs are cramping so bad.... and it usually goes thru Sunday. Has anyone experienced this, and if so, did you find anything that helps?
I get up thru the night, take baths, try walking it off. I take 50,000 IU's of vit d every other week. Clariton helps with the Neupogen but I haven't found anything that helps with the Zometa.
Appreciate any feedback.
