Why can't I change my picture on this site.

I have change this picture many times so its one of the brain dead problems LOL. I don't seem to be able to do it. I keep getting the same pic back ( and yes I know to check delete ) or I get no picture at all. It's a moment ????

    I had the same problem
    when I wanted to change my picture. I ended up deleting the one I had so there was none and then the next day I was able to add the new one. Good Luck!
