    How sorry I am for you. I have had dogs all my life and it just breaks your heart when they must leave us. My little doggie has been my companion too even if she is a rascal at times for sure. Time will heal the loss and lovely memories will never leave but it is so hard now for you. My eyes are in tears for you.

    Our pets become such a big part of our families! It is heartbreaking when we lose a family member. They are so true, and loyal, and caring. I feel deeply for your loss. God bless.

    I have a sign in my house
    I have a sign in my house that says "dogs are people too" they are the best our pets and understand us better than some humans do. so sorry you lost your baby Hugs!

    You Were With Her
    Katie, the only comfort I can give you is that you were with her when she died. She died in your loving arms...she was not alone. You were there for her to ease her passing into another world.

    It is a great loss to lose our pets. She will always be in your memories.

    Oh Karie, I wish I could take away your pain and help heal your broken heart. My dogs are my life and I've lost MANY over the years so I know your pain. Time will heal and your memories will be cherished. I don't know what more I can say except I'm thinking of you and I pray your heart mends soon.
