Thank you so much for posting that beautiful poem. It certainly expresses the thoughts of all of us on this site. She meant so much to all of us, showing courage and grace in the face of adversity. I've enjoyed reading all of the memorial articles in the surfing news and Florida papers - they truly showed us all what a special person your mother was! My heart goes out to your lovely family.

How true
Those words really hit home for me as I lost my Dad back in June. MamaG was always an inspiration, always encouraging and positive. I looked forward to her posts. It's comforting to know that she is in Heaven where BC nor any other disease can ever touch her again. She did touch more lives than she even knew and will continue for a very long time to come. We will miss her, but we will never forget all she did for us.
Love to your family. Your Mom is an awsome lady.

Your words are not only amazing, but, so beautiful. I know Mama G was smiling from Heaven at her beautiful daughter reading them.
