Happy Valentines Day!
I thought I better wish you all a "Happy Valentines Day" today since I'll be at the clinic all day tomorrow. Labs at 10:30, Onc appt at 10:45 and then my first Rituxan maint infusion at 11:00. They said it would be at least 4 hours for the infusion, so that will fill up most of my day. I'm sooooo happy I won't have to take the awful pred! Yippee! ha! Hope you all have a great day filled with tons of love!
Best wishes...Sue (FNHL-2-3A-6/10)

Hi, Sue,
Hope you will have a restful day despite the medical obligations for the day. Tomorrow I will only eat proteins - no carbs and sweets - no chocolate. That is to prep for PET scan this coming Tuesday. Huh! I ate brownies tonite to make up for not eating it tomorrow!
Lisha, it was good to hear from you... sorry I was not in touch last week - I was typing from home for many hours to do unexpected emergency work for my boss then was exhausted for several days. Now am better.
Sending positive thoughts and hugs and Happy Valentine's day to everyone,

Happy Day
Happy Valentine Day to you all!
Sorry I've been missing for so long. I have been dropping in and reading several times, but not been posting.
Sue - have a great day. You get to rest for at least 4 hours for your R. Let us know how it goes for the next few days.
Tomorrow I go back for my first dermatology appointment since the chemo. I have a long, sordid history with skin cancer (not melanoma), so I am anxious to find out if all the chemo had any effect on the skin. I've had topical chemo for the skin cancer several times. It is ugly and very painful. I'll try to post a couple of the pictures on my expressions page.
Anyway, today is a fine day here in Texas and I wish you all a wonderful Valentine Day!

Sue,
We will all be waiting to hear from you after you get thru the R. I have not had the maintenance yet. Just curious if there are any after effects like being tired or anything.I know others on here have had the R maintenance but I never bothered to ask because mine were so far away and I wasn't really thinking about it at the time.
