Gearing up...

in Breast Cancer #1
I am gearing up for my last two rounds of chemo, after having an 8 week break for my liver to recover and for my lumpectomy. Different treatment this time. Will be having 6 weekly treatments, the first and fourth will be Taxol and Herceptin. The other 4 will be just Taxol. After I finish those, then it's Hercepting every 3 weeks until September. The radiation gets thrown in there, too.

Going to be a busy Spring!

    And, it's quite a plan. Wishing you positive energy and strength as you get through this phase. Take good care of yourself, accept the help that is offered and you will get through this. You already sound strong and determined!

    Time will fly by and you will be amazed when treatment is over but glad. I was diagnosed in 2003 as a stage 3a. Hang in there!

    BMS,

    I am wishing you strength to get you through your treatments.
    And I hope you will respond very well to these treatments.

    Be sure keep us updated and if you have any questions with
    Herceptin, I was on it for a year. Feel free to PM me.
