slight anemia, rash, dry cough

in Lung Cancer #1
hi just wondered if any one can help with this my husband has limited small cell was diagnosed august 2010 has gone through chemo and radiation (cisplatin and etoposide as well as 33 radiation treatments to chest and 10 brain radiation treatments) he finished up with everything at the begining of january his first scan showed that his tumor (6 centimeter tumor in center of chest)was completely gone he had a great response however he has developed a dry cough he went and saw his primary doctor and he put him on some cough medecine and wants to see him back in 2 weeks he says could be changes from the radiation he also had his blood taken and he was told he is slighly anemic and we just noticed after our visit with the doctor that he has a rash all over his arms and chest i dont know if these things are related just wondered if any one has gone through this and any advice would be appreciated thankyou tracy

    Hi my name is Dave. I was diagnosed with lung cancer in Oct of 2009.I had 35 radiation treatments plus chemo.I still have a dry cough my oncologist sent me to a pulmonary dr. i have had breathing tests and been prescribed numerous inhalers and prednisone to find what works best. So far not much luck. They are saying it is scarring from radiation treatment.The rash or burn on my chest also from radiation has finally cleared up , so it may be awhile until that cough clears up.
