Hi Roya,
I was glad to read your moms scan came back good. Hopefully this week you and your family will get good news for your dad, or at least get some solid answers and a plan on what does, or does not need to be done. Not knowing is such a drain on our mental health. I think going back to class and teaching your students will be good for you. The distraction with the kids will help take your mind off of your mom and dads situation, at least during the school hours. Worrying about your parents 24/7 will eventually wear you down, so while your at school teaching, try to draw strength from your youthful energetic students. My grand daughter is 20 and my grandson will be 19 later this month. I know I always feel better when they come and visit and share whats going on in their daily life...they keep me young and on my toes, and rarely do I even think about my cancer when they are around. Kids have a way of making us forget about our problems..at least for me they do. Well...you keep in touch Roya and I'll continue to keep you and your family in my prayers. Love..Sue (FNHL-2-3A-6/10)
