Iodine free diet

I'm new to this and have tried to find a list of iodine free foods, so far I have had no luck. I need to do an iodine free diet for two weeks before taking the I-131 RAI treatment. does anyone know where I can go to find a list of what is ok to eat and what to avoid?

    You can find a list of allowed foods as well as a downloadable cook book at thyca.org. This is a wonderful site.
