44 hrs after RAI and I have a red face

This didn't happen with my 83 mCi's. I feel like a strawberry. Has anyone had this happen to them? It's my face and neck that are bright red. It doesn't burn or anything just really red.

    It's gone
    The redness went away after about 2 hours. It must have been the last of the RAI burning out of me. I went for a long walk and then a half hour of Aerobics with full sweat and now I am back to normal. Wow! I am feeling pretty good compared to last time and I had more than double the dose. It may be due to being more active than the first time. I also drank green tea and went wee wee wee all night long.
