Low-grade fever

I have a low-grade fever. I haven't been in treatment since ... wow, I can't remember .. maybe 3 months. My onc didn't put me back into chemo because I was trying to get into MD Anderson (I have an appt. Feb. 15). But I've had a low grade fever for the last two days and today my right sacro-iliac joint is killing me. I slipped on some newspapers yesterday and almost did the splits.. believe me .. that is not good for someone my age. :-) So that may be what is causing back pain but I don't know. AND I have had a low-grade fever for the last two nights. Only about 99 to 100.5 but it's elevated. Anybody, else have this after being out of treatment for so long? The last CA125 was 79.. that was in January.

I'm just curious if I should call my doctor? Did I catch a bug?

    How do you feel?
    I know if I slipped on the newspaper, my saccroiliac would be sore...do you fell fluey? is it normal for you to have a slight fever? When in doubt, we always call the onc.nurse just to be sure there isn't something we're missing...better safe than sorry..hope your back feels better...I hate when that happens...

    Thanks Lisa. I appreciate your answer. I do kind of feel fluey but not really bad. I guess I will call the office tomorrow. I wonder if it's the cancer or what? I wish I knew.

    It's strange that these little fevers come only at night. I wonder what that means? Oh I hope I'm not getting the flu. I haven't been sick with a respiratory thing for 4 years. Have you? Have you had the flu or a cold during your treatment?
