help me support her
I can barely see the words as I type this...crying makes them blurry. My best friend was diagnosed with fibrosarcoma in her right femur almost a year ago. She started chemo and before she really got going with it her femur broke and was replaced. Then she continued on with her chemo treatments. Everything looked very promising, clear margins when they removed the femur and surrounding tissue, she responded well to treatment...everything.
Now here we are, three months later and today I'm searching the internet and googling things like "sarcoma miracles" and "sarcoma survivor stories" because just hours ago she was told she has months to live. The cancer has spread to her liver and there are three small tumors growing.
Anything?
