question about H/T

have any of the members of this panel experienced weight gain while on H/T? whether it be big or small?

    Just finished 6 month
    Just finished 6 month Trelstar HT. Do regular treadmill exercise and have been very consistant
    with weight. Only problem with me along with the hot flashes has been a real bad time with sleeping.

    yes i have heard that too. can't your doctor help you with some sleep medication?

    Yes, bin using Ambien for 2 months now. Even with that i do not sleep more then 4 hours at one time. A good night is 5-6 hours total. Try not to take it every night so not to get hooked. All started with the 2nd 3 month HT shot. Hoping it stops after HT wears off.
    Have not seen anyone else that has this problem as bad as i seem to.
