I really don't post very often
but I read all of your stories everyday. Strange that I feel connected to this board. I think you all are so amazing and courageous, but mostly, I think that you are just really plain---amazing. Ketziah35 my mother's illness has consumed everything that I have and everything I am as well. If you ever would like to talk, please PM me. I understand more than you know....... -

that sometimes you can't do everything yourself, thats why we gather here, to lean on others when we need the support. Take all the time necessary, but know that comfort is found here, it thrives here, and will always be here waiting for you to return.......Love to you, Clift -
Understandable
I will always say that watching my mom die from colon cancer was a millon times worse than having it myself. There is just something about the loss of control that you feel when it is outside your own body. Also maybe when you have it yourself you know one day your pain will be gone and you will cross over. But when you lose a mom, the pain seems endless. You pray and pray yet nothing happens. Fear, loss, and sorrow it becomes overwhelming. I just want to say, I know how you feel, and if I could give you a hug in real life I would.
Rest, take care of you, and please come back when you can.

Break
I hope that you take some time to take care of yourself well. Go to the beauty parlor, get that hair cut, or highlights or whatever you want and pamper yourself.
Go to the movies. Go to the mall and just people watch on a bench somewhere for awhile.
In other words, go enjoy life.
We'll be here when you want or need us.
I'll be smiling happy that you are spending time on YOU!!!
