is recurrent colon cancer curable?

Can any body answer this question?i have read a lot about this topic but could not get any answer.my husband had liver mets 15 months after surgery for stage 1 colon cancer (YES STAGE 1 ) had liver surgery doc said NED but need 12 rounds oxa and 5 fu completed 5 so far .

    Yes it is , specially if you got a met moths or years after your
    primary cancer (not synchronic) , also he has been operated so you got lots of chances.

    Wow. As a fellow stage 1 survivor, I always feel the hairs on the back of my neck when I read about something like this. Sure hope he'll be FINE from this point on.
