A little time to reflect (warning long)

Having had a little time to day to reflect and mourn our beautiful sister's that have passed recently I felt there was something that I wanted to share with all of you lovely ladies ang gentlemen; particularly when we find ourselves saying "oh wow I wish I would have shared this with my dear friend while they were still alive.

A couple of years ago i was afforded the opportunity to see the broadway musical Wicked. Not only is now my favorite musical ever there is a song that so says what I am feeling in my heart right now and would like to share it with you.

These are two friends singing to one another.

    I am a better person and very, very lucky! Thanks Edie for sharing this with your sisters in pink. It states beautifully how fortunate we are to have come to know each other, as well as we can, even thru bad circumstances.

    All of the fabulous ladies and gents here have left a hand print on my heart and I thank you all. I'm not sure i conveyed what I was so desperatley trying to say, I'm just so happy to know you all!

    Thanks, Edie, for posting the beautiful words to this song from Wicked. It certainly means a lot more to me (and all of us) now than it did when I first heard it several years ago.

    I also love this song and it sums up the way I feel about all of you here. I posted it earlier in January. I haven't had the chance to see the musical but I have the CD and I just love it. It is so nice that you have posted it again. It is very timely and certainly bears repeating. My favorite part is also the handprint on my heart. So, so true.
