Charity Tilleman, opera singer who also has had double lung transplant, states that: "Medical conditions do not negate the human condition........I want to tell you that we need to stop letting disease divorce us from our dreams. When we do we will find that patients don't just survive, we thrive... and some of us just might sing."

Just what I needed to see and hear before I begin another intense medical procedure this week.
