enjoying the long weekend
Hope you are doing something you enjoy this weekend. It's a four day weekend for me and I am just so happy to have some "me time".It has been a tought few weeks. With the losses of Pink sisters on CSN and the recent loss of a classmate on FB, reading posts on the internet has not been an easy task.
I am starting the new year working on my weight loss goals (Weight Watchers) and getting back my energy (I have resumed gym and yoga classes). It is so exciting after last year's diagnois and treatment, to finally get back some of that drive and energy I missed.
Yes, there is light at the end of the tunnel...savor every pleasant moment and stay mindful.

Thank you for thinking of us .. It does matter if we are 'seasoned', mature or been living with breast cancer for years .. a loss of a dear WARRIOR takes it toll on you emotional, crushing hopes and dreams. Please know that there are many many women (and men) living many years without an recurrence -- fulfilling dreams and goals.
Thank you again for your concern for us.
Strength, Courage, and Hope.
