    Hello Louise. If you are asking about the long term side effects of radiation? No one knows for sure. Possible cases are a lot of scarring; bowel blockage; fissures; stuff like that. But each one is different so it effects everyone differently.

    neck radiation
    can cause clogged carotid artery!! when I inquired about this, doc told me "at my age I should be taking a daily baby aspirin".
