Anne we go and see the surgeon on tuesday its the chemo doctor that said jorge has lymph nodes close to the main artery.
I guess my best advice is to see what the surgeon has to say. Are you sure the onc means near the colon? I haven't heard of this issue, but I am surely no expert + I learn something new on this board everyday. I just saw my onc, + she said they were watching 3 lymph nodes, I was trying to figure out exactly where they were + then she mentionned they were all less that the max for normal, so I was confused; I guess they are in a place they anticipate I could have issues but not a problem now. I hope the surgeon will clarify for you + you will hear good news. -
