Flowers were sent to Moopy.....from all of us
I have already sent flowers from us to Joe....hopefully he will be abloe to re-plant them as an ongoing tribute to Moopy from the CSN family. IF any of you wants to contribute, and I truly mean a SMALL amount...PM me and I will give you either my PayPal info, or my hone address. I have also written to Joe asking if he has a charity he would like me to donate to in Moopy's name.

thank you, chenheart
As always, thank you dear Chenheart.
GOOD WORD on what we can do too. Her life was taken too quickly and tomorrow isn't promised to the rest of us. We could be gone in an instant. I hit some black ice this week and it was sheer grace I didn't get wiped out. It is just a reminder that it could happen to any of us. Live today while we have it. Moopy was such a light, such an encouragement ... I hope I can be those things to the people around me. We love you, dear Lisa, and we will miss you terribly.
I for one, am going to take you up on your word.
Thank you once again, dear chenheart.0 -
Thank you Chen...
Thank you for doing this. And thank you for your words of wisdom.
I can't make sense of any of this. Lisa touched EVERYONE who met her, with kindness and love. I don't believe that any of us had a greater cheerleader through the trials of beating back this horrid disease. She gave me so much encouragement and courage.
I'm hanging on tightly to my Kenny dog...Lisa loved Kenny. Lisa just plain loved and dhe deserved a long and happy life.
I have your address... Thank you again, dear heart, for doing this.

This is just so hard, isn't it? Reggie is making me take my own advice...he has "ordered" me to take my book ( not cancer-related!) and sit outside in the warm California sunshine.
I found a BEAUTIFUL (hopefully!) live, large albeit bonsai Pink Azalea tree; I of course said that this living tribute is from all of the Kindred Spirits at CSN who were honored to call Moopy our sister and friend.
With an ever hopeful yet heavy heart,
Chen
PS...I noticed our SweetVicki will be going to the services, whenever they might be~ thank you sooo much for representing us. ((((((hugs))))))0 -

I forgot to mention that I
I forgot to mention that I sent a large, pink flowering deluxe, potted azalea bonsai plant to Joe and Lisa's house...of course I mentioned it is from all of the Kindred Spirits. This is a hard, sad day; coming way too fast on the heels of Heidi.
I love you, fellow warriors. More than you know.

I posted a short note to our dear Joe, and went upstairs - climbed into our bed and resolved to remain in bed -- mourning our dear Moopy. Hard, terrible emotional blow for all of us. I don't know why, but I just keep thinking about Lisa and Joe and all I could do was send out positive thoughts and prayers. Life s precious - we need to treasure every day -, the good and the bad.
Thank you all for lifting my broken spirits .. ... ....

Chen I will pm you for the adress
Thank you for all that you do for us on this board. i have been trting to post this since early today and it hs been too difficult through all the tears. Then I read this little story and really lost it....
Upon seeing the man cry, the little boy went into the old gentleman's yard, climbed into his lap, and just sat there. When his mother asked him what he had said to the neighbor, the little boy said, "Nothing I just helped him cry."
Today is not a day that I would need any help crying but to have it offered is probably one of kindest things a person can to do for another.
I cry for Lisa and Joe, yet I cry for us all having lost a truly great friend.
Peace and love to all,
Edie0 -
Thank you, dearest Claudia...
For sending flowers, on behalf of all of us. I love the idea of being able to replant outdoors, as a living memorial for our cherished & beloved Moopster. She spoke to me, more than once, of her desire for flower gardens of her own.
And thank you, precious Kindred Spirit, for your words of ultimate wisdom:
Tell someone you love them - I've been replaying in my mind the most recent telephone conversation shared with Lisa, only about 10 or so days ago. At that time, there were reasons for tears of joy & relief. Yes, told her: "I love you."
Pet your dog - Lisa absolutely adored their three canine family members. We shared many, many dog stories. Poor Eefy, Nubi & Yongy will be confused & lost without her.
And as Taleena said, in effect, to me just moments ago - through her own tears & while I sobbed... We grieve, mourn & fall apart - and then, eventually, we'll pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off... And continue to love, support & encourage each other. Because that's what Moopy would want us to do. Because that's what she did for all of us.
Love, 12/25 xo0 -

Chen,
I couldn't think of a better tribute to our Moopy than to live our lifes better. To be better people, to care more, laugh more, love more and be more. Thank you for saying this.
Mimi,
You expressed exactly what I want to do. I love the treat myself well and without harsh judgement because I know that we probably all do that. We need to treat ourselves as kindly as we treat others. Thank you for this reminder.
I want to also tell all of my sisters here and dear Joe, that I love you. I know that I have never met one of you but you are an important part of my life. I cherish your wisdom, kindness, support and caring. You are the best of the best. And I will continue to be a cheerleader even though my pom poms are soggy with tears. GO FIGHT WIN!! Because the alternative just hurts too much.
Love you all,

Thank you so much, Chen, for sending the lovely plant. I, too, would like to contribute. I will pm you for your address. The advice is good--spread the love around, cherish every day, be the best person you can be.

Very well
Christmas Girl,
Very well said. I sent Moopy and Aortus something at Christmas even though Moopy was not my santa buddy. I did it just because she has always touched my heart with her caring supportive nature. And you are right, she would want us to express our sorrow and then get up and go on. So that is what I will do. thank you for that reminder.

Moopy not only remembered by those on the board but Jake remembered that she sent him his first Lego set and the movie Chitty Chitty Bang Bang Christmas of 2009 as well as some other things for both he and I like chocolates. I told him that Moopy had passed away and he said that she is now with with God and God's angel watching over all of us. I speak of my friends on CSN to Jake so he knows who my friends are. He knew that Moopy was Lisa and Aortus is Joe.
He knows I love my friends and that I care for them.
