I wish I could say that I
I wish I could say that I was going to Hawaii, but alas, I'll just be making fudge and shoveling snow. But Rick will have more fun since he'll be taking the kids sledding. He calls it "lazy man sledding" since he'll drive the truck to the top of the hill, unload the kids and sleds, pick them up at the bottom of the hill once they slide down, then load them up again and repeat. Personally, I'd make them trudge back up, but, I'm old school. ;-)
On Sunday we'll stay snuggled inside and watch the Patriots kick the Jets back to NY (sorry NY fans). ;-) GO PATS!

How is Rick going to wear them out if they don't have to drag themselves up the hill?0 -
I used a golf club today!
This is day 11 of my folfox. Today I went to the driving range for the first time in 7 months. I only took 1 club and was dressed in my warm up suit and uggs. They were happy to see me and gave me my basket of balls, I hit 10 and was wiped out. My arms hurt ( didn't even have close to a full swing), my tummy is now sore too. Surgery wasn't that long ago, October and November. I only hit those 10, but they were the best feeling hits ever. I don't think I will ever forget this day.

That's exactly what I told him! :-D I'll tell you about "lazy man hiking" one day - it involves a gondola! :-D I suppose it could be worse, they could be doing "virtual" sledding in the living room! Heeheehee....0
