I did not get my liver operated on because my tumor had disappeared. My original plan was to operate on my liver after chemo, but since my tumor was gone there was nothing to operate on. If my tumor comes back I am sure my doctor will want to operate.0 -

Co-Enzyme Q-10 is supposed to be a good antioxident I think we all should be taking, once approved by onc.....Exercise has been reported to be vital in living with CRC.....steve0 -
Congrats Randy, sounds like
Congrats Randy, sounds like you are on the right track. Like Steve, I am a big fan of Coenzyme CO-Q10. There is alot of evidence it is beneficial to cancer patients at any stage. Look it up...
Best luck on staying NED.

I got to the part that said:
"MWF 1 hr weightlifting"
And I was wondering if I could use a single girl, instead
of a married white female?
I do think it's something I'd like to try!
Thanks,
John
haha- too funny.

OMG
OMG is this true .how awesome is that thank you so very much Randy for telling us about your story .hugs Tina0 -
I do something like that, except not so much. I think your regimen will be good for your health. I have my doubts that it will actually lower the chances of a recurrence, but if your health is robust, you'll be better able to withstand any hypothetical future treatment for a possible recurrence.

Tina I don't know the size of my colon tumor, but it must have been big to perforate the colon. The tumor in my liver was around 1 cm. The one in my neck was not near a main artery. Randy0 -
