Check up with Oncologist *** Update***

Tommorrow is the check up day.
Ok, so it is not scaniety, it is just a check up and a blodod draw, That is what I keep telling myself. But the nervousness still persists. I am feeling great, I have no reason to beleive that anything is going on, but in the back of my mind, the thought is always there. Damn this can be stressful!

    It is so true that any kind of testing at this point can cause stress. I hope all is well and you can breath a sigh of relief.

    I call it "oncziety". Sometimes I allow myself to get stressed before an onc appointment, so I know exactly what you are talking about. I think + hope all will turn out well for you.

    Everything is fine!!! All clear!! I did ask him when he starts the countdown to how I judge how long I have to start going for scans every couple years and he said he starts the countdown at dignosis, which in his words, come Novemeber it will be the 3 year mark and if I get there with no problems, my odds of reoccuarance go way down! God I hope so! he did say that it does not mean that it cannot happen after that but the odds are better when I hit the mark .

    Whew! Now, don't you feel better? *smiles* I tell you what, even hearing my oncologist's voice makes me nervous, and he's a really nice man.
