Need suggestions for " too much gas"

Hi
Have you been able to attribute the excess gas to any particular foods?
I know that I seem to have more now than pre-surgery. When I know I am going to have foods which can make it worse, I take a Beano disolvable tab just before I eat. Seems to help me.
If worst comes to worst just buy a whoopie cushion and make hubby sit on it when the need arises!

carbonated drinks are the worse, next to beans, brocolli, cabbage, greens in general. Gas X. And probotics help you ongoing. -

"Can someone suggest something to take for passing gas? I am
scheduled to go to convention in Alabama in a few weeks. Husband
uncomfortable about going with me because he never knows when it
might come out. "
Tell him not to be concerned, in Alabama, it's a second language.
Ok, seriously...
Eat regular meals; skipping meals can make for more gas.
And tell people to stop pulling your finger.
Good thoughts.
