Ruby,
Go to the home page of this site and type in vulvar cancer. It will take you to threads that you will find all your answers.
Thank you for your response. I have added you as a friend. I read your profile and like your way of thinking. I am seeing the doctors at the government hospital this Wednesday. I still don't know more than I did after my initial op on 6 Dec to remove the bartholin gland. Everything has been closed, including the hospital oncology department and radiation department. I have an op scheduled in Feb to remove the lymph nodes on both sides of the groin. I am hoping to know more after Wed.
I am so glad you have no more cancer. I am also very strong. I have to be for my daughter especially. I WILL fight this Cancer and I WILL beat it too.

Warm regardsRuby - sorry to hear about your bartholin gland issue.
I had mine removed, and have been thru an interesting journey. I am healthy now, but did have to do my due diligence to make sure I was getting the care I needed.
Let me know how things are going. I'd be happy to give you all the info I have gathered in the past 6+ years.
PS: If it does come back as any type of possbile "bartholin gland adenocarcinoma", its a rare type of tumor. Not all places have ANY pateints with it. You may want to get 2nd and 3rd opinons before you decide on treatment plan.
