I am in hospital with iv/meds/ice only. Had colonscopy 10/10 which show no evidence of further cancer but plenty of divituculi. Had bad left side pain, story short, got worse,hosptialized. Know from before it can become inflamed and need to be removed, so we are trying avoid that, since half my colon is gone from cancer. Anyone have any esperience in this area.....Pat

    I had the same thing in october,the doctor had me take antibiotics for 2 weeks,and that cleared it up.But the pain was so bad that it would double me up,and take my breath.The doctor told me I should have went to the hospital.The pain was very severe,so you have my sympathy.I will pray for you.After a few days on the antibiotics the pain was tolerable,then went away.Good luck.+

    just getting worried. Pain still there,but only been on iv for 24 hours. Panic, ct scan done and show inflamation, but bloodwork good. I'll hope for best. Thanks Pat

    Sorry you are in the hospital and experiencing another problem with the colon. No personal experience with this problem but hoping that you feel better soon.

    Yes,

    I had that years ago, long before the cancer, and the pain was INTENSE. Glad you're getting it taken care of and hoping you feel much better soon.
